GROUP COURSES

Group therapy is to provide a supportive space where individuals can share experiences, gain insight, develop social skills, and grow emotionally by learning from and connecting with others facing similar challenges. You will learn about acceptance and how to exert your power of choice over whatever life may throw at you.
